The Noon Optimist Club joined the Monroe Middle School Junior Optimists to celebrate the 100th day of the 100th year of the Optimists International Jan. 8.

The clubs completed a service project together to honor the day and what the clubs are about, making four blankets that will be donated to Monroe Clinic Hospice.
