Mrs. Stephanie Wiegel’s and Mrs. Kathryn McIlvanie’s English classes at Monroe Middle School held a “book speed dating” activity recently. 

Angela Schmelzer, LMC director came in to the classes and each student spent four minutes trying out the book at their seat. Every four minutes students rotated to try out a new book. The topic of the books focused on Native Americans. There were fiction and nonfiction books available. November is Native American month.
