MCCONNELL, Ill. - McConnell United Methodist Church is hosting a Palm Sunday and Easter Service at the church, 211 N. Hulbert Road.
The Palm Sunday service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, March 24. Children will sing and parade the palms during the worship service.
The Easter Sunday service will be held at 8 a.m. Sunday, March 31. A community Easter breakfast will be held following the service in Fellowship Hall.
The menu includes baked ham, scrambled eggs, hot cross buns, juice and coffee. There will be no Sunday School or 10:30 a.m. service on Easter Sunday.
