Meeting topic is big game hunting

ALBANY - "Big Game Hunting in South Africa" will be the program at the Albany Historical Society meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 15 at the Albany Historical Society's museum, 119 North Water St.

Harley Berra, Brodhead, will be the guest speaker. He has hunted in South Africa, New Zealand and Canada. In the United States, Berra hunted cougar in Utah, wild turkey in Kansas and guided in New Mexico.

A short business meeting at 7 p.m. will precede the program.

There is no charge and the meeting is open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
