ALBANY - The Albany Historical Society will have its general meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Historical Museum, 119 N. Water St., Albany. After a short meeting, an old film will be presented by Larry Hanson. The film stars Red Skelton in "Guzzler's Gin," "Public Pigeon Number 1" and others.
