MONROE - A facilitated discussion will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 21 in the Monroe library first-floor conference room. The purpose of the meeting will be to hear input on how the Monroe Arts Center can better meet the needs of all age segments in the community. It is open to the public.
