Walter and Idellis McKillip, Monroe, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary later this month.
McKillip and Idellis Halvorson were married April 27, 1946. Their children are Terry McKillip, Rockford; Barbara McKillip Shearer, Kalamazoo, Mich.; and the late Gary McKillip. They have five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
They will celebrate with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m., April 30 at Flanagan's Shenanigans, Monroe.
