The Monroe High School marching band participated in a five-day camp at the high school this week. New MHS band director Rob Cunningham, who was previously the band director at Jefferson High School, led the camp. Students went over their color guard routines, music selections and worked on marching techniques. Cunningham said he hopes to continue the excellence of the program and said he’s looking forward to the band debuting their new uniforms at the Cheese Days parade.
