DARLINGTON - Lunch Bunch will meet from noon to 1 p.m. Monday in the County Board Room of the Lafayette County Courthouse.
The topic of discussion will be "The Mind, Body and Spirit Connection." Those who attend can bring their own lunch.
Claudia Gehlhaardt, R.N., C.H.T.P., will be presenting at the session. Discussion and learning will be about the connection between the mind, body and spirit, self-care techniques to help the body stay balanced and self-care techniques that can help the body heal.
The free session is sponsored in part by Lafayette County Home and Community Education, UW-Extension and free-will donations.
