MONROE - Loves and Fishes of Green County is looking for community sponsors for its monthly meals.
A sponsorship of $300 provides the food and supplies necessary for one of the monthly meals. The sponsorship can be shared by two companies, organizations or individuals.
Loves and Fishes of Green County is working on becoming a 501c3 nonprofit organization that serves a meal from 4 to 6 p.m. on the fourth Sunday of every month at Grace Lutheran Church, Monroe.
There are more than 200 volunteers who rotate by helping set up tables, preparing meals and washing and drying dishes. They also help prepare produce donated by the Harvest Ninjas.
