MONROE - Monroe Bible Church is sponsoring The True Love Revolution Tour in concert 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at the Roller Den in Monroe. Tickets are $5 at the door. Groups participating are Bread of Stone, Me in Motion, Nate Huss and Loftland of Brodhead.
The tour is visiting key election states, Ohio, Florida and Wisconsin, encouraging Evangelicals to be involved in the upcoming election. Bread of Stone is promoting voting on November 4 from the stage and through media.
Ben Kristijanto, lead singer and co-founder, tells how the band became involved with Redeem the Vote, who encourages young Evangelicals, 18-35 years old, to vote based on Godly principals.
