APPLETON - A new Wisconsin Department of Tourism TV ad featuring local yodeler and Alp and Dell Cheese Store owner Tony Zgraggen was filmed at Turner Hall and will be aired in May.
The ad first will debut to 1,000 people at the Governor's Conference on Tourism March 12 at the new Fox Cities Exhibition Center in downtown Appleton.
Wisconsin Secretary of Tourism Stephanie Klett, aka official Limburger Queen of the Green County Cheese Days Festival, will speak at 9 a.m. and the spot will be shown around 9:15 a.m. Governor Walker will then address the crowd followed by a 30-minute press conference, with Zgraggen on hand to perform one of his signature yodels.
