Monthly Second Harvest pantry to be held March 2
DARLINGTON - The monthly Second Harvest Mobile Food Pantry will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. March 2 at the lower level of Town Bank. There are no income requirements for people wishing to participate.
Volunteers are needed from 3 p.m. to help unload the truck to 6 p.m. to help clean up. Volunteers are welcome to help with any part of the pantry or all of it. To volunteer, contact Carrie Shippy at 293-0791 or simply report to the pantry and register as a volunteer that day.

MONROE - The Lida Ludlow Reading Club will meet at 2 p.m. Feb. 21 at the home of Diana Vance, 2103 12th St.
Sue Curran will review "Call Me Anna," the autobiography of Patty Duke.
