Library to host program about composting

MONROE - The Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave., will host "Composting Basics" at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 26 in the library's second-floor program room.

Mike Davis, master gardener, will explain the science behind composting, techniques and benefits. The program is part of the Monroe Public Library's "Gather and Grow" series.

No pre-registration is required for the free program.
