MONROE - There will be three separate programs for children at the Monroe Public Library in April.The first is an early literacy program for babies between the age of birth to 18 months and their parents, grandparents or caregivers. Bring a friend and join Grandma Carol, on the 1st and 4th Mondays of each month at 9 a.m. A "learning to listen" program filled with stories, rhymes and activities for toddlers 18 months to 3-years-old is held on the 1st and 4th Mondays of each month at 10 a.m. Another program is Preschool Storytime, a story and activity program filled with books, songs, rhymes and fun for children 3 to 6 years old. This program is held at 10 a.m., on the 1st and 4th Thursday of each month.
