MONROE - The "Let's Make A Friend" luncheon, sponsored by Stateline Women's Connection and Stonecroft Ministries, is set for 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16 in Peppercorn Banquets at Ludlow Mansion, 1417 Mansion Drive.
The cost is $9 and includes lunch, tax, tip and program.
The luncheon will feature Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Green County. Kirsten Boll, a case manager for 14 years, will share information about their programs and discuss opportunities for volunteering.
Carol Ledbetter, Ottawa, Ill., will also speak. She will present "Who's your BFF? The Friendships of Women": a humorous look at women's friendships.
