MADISON - The United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development will host a lender event from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, at the USDA Service Center in Madison. The USDA Rural Development office in Menomonie provides assistance to Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Grant, Crawford, Richland and Vernon Counties.
The meeting will allow lenders the opportunity to learn more about USDA Rural Development Loan Note Guarantees for both commercial and residential lending. Workshop topics will cover the business and industry, renewable energy and energy efficiency, community facility and residential lending programs.
