ORFORDVILLE - American Legion Post 209 will be hosting an open house for soldiers of the U.S. Army "508 PIR" (Parachute Infantry Regiment) from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4 at the Legion Clubhouse, Wisconsin 213.
The soldiers served their country in Afghanistan, along with Ben Neal, Orfordville, who made the ultimate sacrifice earlier this year. The open house will give the public an opportunity to meet, greet and thank these brave men, and welcome them to Neal's hometown.
