MONROE - Monroe Sons of Norway Lodge is hosting a lefse clinic on Saturday, Jan. 18 in the Grace Lutheran Church kitchen, 1025 15th Ave.
The event will be a free hands-on chance to learn lefse making or learning some new tricks. Equipment and ingredients will be provided. The event is open to the public, but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The clinic will start at 9 a.m. and will continue until the last lefse is made.
