ALBANY — Albertson Memorial Library will be holding an Ice Party from 3 to 4 p.m. July 18 for all ages of children and their caregivers at the library, 200 N. Water St.

This fun, hands-on program will give children the chance to play and experiment with ice. The program may be indoor or outdoor, depending on weather. Dress in clothes that can get a little bit wet.
