MONTICELLO - Green Cares Food Pantry, serving those throughout Green County, is hosting a Holiday Homes Tour and dessert auction from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Hospitality Center, 209 Main St., Monticello. The doors will open at 9:45 a.m.
Those who attend can purchase tickets at the Hospitality Center, sneak a peek at holiday decorations and beautiful homes and then return to the Hospitality Center for more fun.
In addition to refreshments at the Hospitality Center, Emmi Roth will be hosting a cheese sampling of different types of Emmi Roth cheeses, with holiday gift boxes available for purchase.
The dessert auction is from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The highest bidders get to take home desserts to help sweeten the holiday. Refreshments will be served and guests will get to meet Mrs. Claus and her elves.
