ALBANY - The Albany Historical Society will present a program on Andy Oliver's visits in the Republic of South Africa on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at the museum, 119 N. Water St.
A short business meeting at 7 p.m. will precede the program.
The program will chronicle Oliver's travels in the Stellenbosch, South Africa area. Oliver 's first experience in Africa was his tour in the Peace Corps in Nigeria from 1966 to 1968. In 1995, he visited his brother in Stellenbosch, South Africa. He returned this year, from March 11 through 25, to visit friends.
The free program is open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
