ALBANY — The Albany Historical Society will host John Oshsner, who will hold a presentation of slides featuring Albany and surrounding Green County areas at 7 p.m. Oct. 15 at the historical society museum, 119 N. Water St., Albany.

Some of the slides that will be shown were taken in the mid-1950s by John’s father. Others were taken by John during tours of historical sites in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The program will follow a business meeting.
