MONROE - The Green County Historical Society will host a program at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20 in the second-floor meeting room at the Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave.
The program will be presented by P.J. Francis, who will talk about the Irish on both sides of the Civil War. Francis is seeking more information on the Irish in the Civil War from the public.
