MONTICELLO - The Monticello Area Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23 at Zwingli United Church, 416 East Lake Ave.

The evening program will be presented by Jonathan Rupp, who will speak on family military history of 5-plus-1 from Green County from 1861 through 1865.
