Jasmine and Jon Neff, Argyle, are the parents of a daughter, Jozie Bernadine, born Sept. 9 at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County. She weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Mary Sue and Jim Neff, Gratiot; Dave and Diane Christopherson, Spring Green; and Robert Downs, Rewey. Great-grandparents are Linda Neff, Warren, Ill.; Harry and Roberta Jacobson, Freeport; Dan and Bernadine Olson, Montfort; and Carland Christopherson, Holmen. Thelma Toay is the great-great-grandmother.
