Shannon and Kevin Lattin of West Branch, Iowa are the parents of a son, Tate Andrew, born Sept. 25 at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque. His brothers are Ethan, 4, and Tyler, 2. Grandparents are Rich and Dawn Anderson of Highlands Ranch, Colo., Charles and Terry Lattin of Darlington; and the late Jerry Watson. Great-grandparents are Clarence and Shelby Sneek of Freeport, Merlin and Nita Watson of Freeport, Harold and Grace Lattin of Darlington; and Virginia Brogle of Platteville.
