Joshua and Stacy Montgomery, Monroe, are parents of a son, Carson Alan Montgomery, born Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009 in the Monroe Clinic, Monroe. Carson has two sisters, Alexa, 14, and Mariahna, 12, and a brother, Caden, 2. Grandparents are Terry and Sue Sloatman, Freeport; Charlie and Melodie Hawkins, South Wayne; and Gene and Joan Montgomery, South Wayne. Great-grandparents are Milton and LaVonne Liphart, Mountain Home, Ark., Bernice Sloatman, Winslow, Ill., and the late Stanley Sloatman, the late Albert and Marian Leibfried and the late Everette and Della Montgomery.
