Todd and Lean Houston, Monroe, are parents of a daughter, Isabella Dawn, born Saturday, May 16, at the Monroe Clinic. Isabella has two sister, Kylie, 10, and Laurel, 7; and a brother, Padraic, 2.

Grandparents are Patsy and Chuck Fiddlar, Cordova, Ill., and George and Susan Houston, Chicago.
