Richard and Rachel Hillary, Monroe, are parents of a son, River William Hillary, born Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008 in the Monroe Clinic. River has two brothers, Russell, 4, and Remington, 2. Grandparents are Robert and Peggy Siegenthaler, Monroe; James and Mary Motte, Monroe; and Bob and Cindy Hillary, Hanover, Ill. Great-grandparents are Wayne and Smokey Hillary, Hazel Green, and Isabelle Forrest, Beloit.
