FREEPORT — The Highland Community College Foundation distributed more than $390,000 to students for the 2018 academic year with more than 300 people in attendance at its annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony Oct.14.
Scholarships were awarded to 130 individuals from 120 various scholarship funds.
Local students receiving scholarships were:
