The annual Harvest Fest at Heidi’s Happy Acres in rural Monroe took place Oct. 5-6. There were dozens of vendors selling various items and food; mums, pumpkins and gourds were also available for purchase from owner Heidi Kent. For entertainment for families and children, there was a corn maze and five inflatables to bounce around in.
