MADISON - Mary Alice Hart, Monroe, received honorable mention in the Wall Quilts - Pictorial category for her quilt titled "Flower Power Series: Monarch & Zinnia" at the sixth annual Quilt Expo quilt contest in Madison.
The 10-category quilt contest contained 300 quilts that were judged on the basis of visual impact and stitching technique.
