The bride is the daughter of Catherine Hanson and the late Bruce Hanson, Twin Grove. She is a 2001 Monroe High School graduate, a 2005 Loyola University Chicago graduate and received her masters degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2008. She is a Human Resources Manager for Loyola University Chicago.
The groom is the son of Stephen O'Brien, Monticello, and Catherine O'Brien, Evansville. He is a 2000 Belleville High School graduate and a 2004 graduate of the University of Wisconsin. He works as an IT consultant at MTM Technologies and is a captain in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. He will be deploying overseas with his National Guard unit soon.
The couple resides in Chicago.
