Friends of Pleasant View Foundation board members Jim Glessner and Dee Dee Seffrood erected and decorated the Gift of Light tree Nov. 29 at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Monroe. 

Tags will soon be added to each light in honor of or in memory of a loved one. The tree was purchased a few years ago with a Thrivent Action Team Grant so donations now go directly to the Friends account to assist Pleasant View residents.
