DARLINGTON - The grand opening of the Lafayette County Genealogy Society Research Center will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 14 and from 1 to 4 p.m. April 15 at 309 Main St.

Door prizes will be given away every hour. Visitors will be able to meet the staff and the view the library and genealogical holdings.
