Genealogical group plans lock-in night

MONROE - The Monroe Public Library and the Green County Genealogical Society are co-sponsoring a genealogy work night from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 at the Library. The doors will be locked at 6:45 p.m.

The event, which is held bi-annually, allows genealogists uninterrupted research and use of equipment, evening access to the Green County Genealogical Society's collection, and the chance to exchange research advice and tips.
