MONROE - Get a clean dog and a clean car Saturday, May 30, at the Green County Humane Society Dog and Car Wash.
GCHS volunteers will wash dogs and cars from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Guerin Chiropractic Office, 1419 9th St., Monroe. The cost to have a dog bathed is $10. The cost to have a car washed is $5, while a truck or sports utility vehicle is $10.
GCHS operates the shelter at 1500 6th Ave. in Monroe. Hours of operation are from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. It is closed Monday, Wednesday and holidays.
