LENA, Illinois — The Friends of the Pecatonica River Foundation will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 19 at Rafter’s Restaurant and Catering, 9426 W. Wagner Road. The meeting will be held in the Café Dining Room with President Joe Ginger presiding and is open to the public.
