Free training for parents available

MONROE - The Southern Regional Center for Youth and Children with Special Health Care Needs, in collaboration with Family Voices of Wisconsin and Green County Human Services, will sponsor free training for parents who have children with special health care needs and the professionals that work with them from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, April 15, 22 and 29 at the Monroe Public Library upstairs meeting room. To register for this program contact Sharon Myhre at (608) 265-8955, training, entitled "Did You Know? Now You Know!," will provide parents and providers with information on how to effectively advocate for children in healthcare and community settings.
