Monroe Parks and Recreation held a co-ed sand volleyball tournament at Twining Park as part of the Fourth of July celebration this year. The park also saw a co-ed softball tournament, soccer tournament, a band concert and various food vendors set up shop before the fireworks display at 9:30 p.m.
