Cleo Kundert is shown assisting her husband, Roy, with dipping Swiss cheese curd from the kettle. Roy Kundert was the cheesemaker at Hay Hollow cheese factory in Blanchardville from 1946 to 1990. The factory closed in 1990 after 107 years of operation.
