Members the 1991 1158th Transportation Co., Monroe’s unit in the Wisconsin National Guard, had a reunion Jan. 15, 2022 at the Zilmer-Riley American Legion in Monroe.

In 1991, the group of nearly 60 soldiers were deployed overseas during Operation Desert Storm. 

At the reunion, nine veterans received Quilts of Valor, thanking them for their years of service.
