MONROE — The Resilient Farm Women Workshop is a collaboration between Monroe Clinic and the University of Wisconsin-Extension. It is the second in a series of meetings designed to address the challenges resulting from the current economic pressures farm families in the region are experiencing.
The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Nov. 1 at the United Methodist Church, 2227 4th St., Monroe.

Experts will present on topics including farm succession planning, managing people and handling conflict situations. Keynote speaker Chris Clarke-Epstein, a Wisconsin native with rural ties and sensibilities will offer a realistic way to approach change and manage it for positive results. The day will wrap up with a panel discussion and conversation on practical next steps.
