MONROE - Nancy Faith, Monroe, was awarded the 2011 Green County "Friend of 4-H," as well as being recognized by the UW-Extension Green County Office as the "Friend of Extension."
Faith has been involved as a 4-H member and leader for a number of years, and through her work at Colony Brands, Inc., she has been a supporter of many 4-H and youth-related events including the 4-H awards program, Green County Master Showman and the Dairy Youth Recognition Auction at the Green County Fair.
The Green County 4-H Program held its annual awards and recognition program at the Green County Justice Center on Sunday, Nov. 6. Every year, Green County 4-H recognizes an individual or business who helps support the 4-H program; 4-H clubs and individuals are encouraged to nominate a deserving group or individual.
The Green County 4-H program awarded Faith an engraved recipe box as a token of their appreciation.
