DARLINGTON — UW-Division of Extension and local county LCD is offering a workshop from noon to 3 p.m. March 18 at the Lafayette County multi purpose building, 11974 Ames Rd.  This workshop is part of the Farming Soil and Water Series and is titled, “Got Soil Health?” Jeff Lake, 2019 WI Leopold Award winner and Zeb Zuehls, 2019 WI Corn Growers vice president will discuss the implementation and outcomes of soil health practices on their farms. Also, Wisconsin Discovery Farms will share current on-farm research results centered on soil quality evaluation.  Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with a meal beginning at noon.
