MONROE - Monroe American Legion Post 84 will host an Octoberfest celebration from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 at the American Legion Post, 1627 12th Ave.
Music will be provided by Lonesome Coyote and Ron and Rosalie. There will be food and drinks and a 50/50 raffle. Anyone who brings canned goods or non-perishable items for the food pantry will be eligible to win cash prizes.
