The bride-to-be is a graduate of Monticello High School and Edgewood College where she received a bachelor's degree in education. She is a graduate student in the Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The future groom is a graduate of River Valley High School and University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he received a bachelor's degree in engineering. He is currently employed as a civil engineer with Short Elliot and Hendrickson in Madison.
The couple plan to be married on Jan. 12, 2009 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
