Dustin Weis and Dr. Cecilia Scholcoff recently announced their engagement. Dustin, the son of Chris and Deb Weis of Monroe, works as a public relations supervisor for the city of Milwaukee. Cecilia is the daughter of Dr. Eduardo Scholcoff and Maricel Scholcoff, both of the Chicago area. Cecilia works in general internal medicine at Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Milwaukee. A September 2016 wedding is planned.
