Sami Plath and Torrey Rood, both of South Wayne, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Alan Albright, Browntown, and Elaine Albright, Blanchardville.

The future groom is the son of Quentin and Mavis Rood, South Wayne.

A May 17 wedding is planned.
